Counting Down to Launch!

Only a week to go until the Write 31 challenge begins! I'm excited, so much so that I'm pretty antsy. I've changed the look of the page once again, and have been trying to find ways to make the page a bit more navigable. I've been interviewing people for articles scheduled for the middle of the month, and have been taking some pictures...

The Challenge this year, for me, is to be a test of my staying power, since it is writing every day for the whole month of October,the task is  rather daunting to me.  Life happens, school, kids, illness, aging parent with illnesses, and just day to day life can sometimes come between yourself and the one thing that you really want to accomplish... BUT! I am well prepared this year. I didn't throw out my outline on the topics I want to cover... I did tweak it a bit, and twisted it some... to fit into the scheme of things to come. The series is going to be a fun and sometimes serious look at jewelry, from the very mundane to the ostentatious, from labor intensive tasks to cutting edge technology...

Please join me for an informative and hopefully entertaining look into the world of Jewelry, from Concept to Sales, beginning October 1st.

Almost Can't Wait!

Here it is the first week of September nearly gone, and the month of October is creeping closer and closer!
I am very excited to begin in earnest, the 31 Days challenge. There are so many possibilities to write on, it makes the mind spin like autumn leaves caught in a whirl wind.
This year, I have picked a subject that is near and dear to me, but I won't reveal that just yet. The suspense in place, you will have to come back to visit to see the first blog on October 1st.
Every day in October, there will be a new blog post, every day, there will be information, fun and my favorite... pictures... added here. To make it easy, I have added a page to be able to find the listing for each day, the posts will be listed in order and the links will take you to that particular page.
There is also a place to sign up for the blog now, you can simply sign in with G+ or use an email alert, your choice. Each day in October, there will be a new post, so the email alert will come straight to your inbox to remind you to visit... some people don't like that, so the other alternative is to bookmark  the page and visit often!
